Office Manager
I have a bachelors in business and have worked in the management space for 5 years. My role as the office manager has many responsibilities and some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to invoices, case management with the attorney, client satisfaction, forecasting trends, productivity, engagement, and marketing. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, I also volunteer for Non-profits for the LGBTQ+ space. My partner and I also have the cutest puppy Amihan that is a cava-poo.
Ty Douglass
Legal Supervisor
Ty has been with SwagatUSA since August of 2019. He first joined the firm as a receptionist and soon became a paralegal. Ty is currently a student at The University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy where he is expected to graduate in June of 2024 with a Master of Public Policy. He is concentrating his studies in Social and Economic Inequality, Energy and Environmental Policy, and Policy Analysis. He currently possesses a bachelor’s degree in journalism with minors in Spanish and Photography. Ty hopes to someday work in local government or at a non-profit as a consultant, to help create a more equitable society. In his free time, Ty enjoys all things outdoors- such as rock climbing, biking, camping, and disc golf.
