Attorney Fees

Our Phone Consultations are for up to 30 minutes.  In-Person consultations are for up to 1 hr.  The fee for a phone consultation is $150, and it’s $250 for an in-person consultation. The purpose of the consultation is for the prospective client to ask any questions to the attorney connected with immigration law. The attorney will do her best to respond to the legal queries presented using her deep knowledge of immigration law.  The consultation fee is non-refundable, but if the client calls 24 hours or more before the consultation time, we would be happy to reschedule if needed.

At your consultation, we will go over details about the immigration issue and questions and we will try our best to answer your queries.  If there is a case that we can open and we can help with, then we will gladly provide detailed flat-fee quotes for that case at the consultation.

Our fees are very reasonable for the high quality of personalized service you will receive.  Also, we believe in offering customized solutions for your needs.  For example, we offer attorney review for I-130, Citizenship, I-90, and other applications for a very low flat rate.
